1. What this covers

1.1 This notice lists the cookies and similar technologies the Orion website and portal actually set in the current build.

2. Cookies we use

orion_session	Keeps you signed in to the portal. Contains a random token; the server stores only a hash.	Strictly necessary	Up to 8 hours (staff) or 12 hours (merchants), ending earlier after 60 minutes of inactivity or when you sign out

2.2 We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or cross-site tracking cookies.

2.3 The browser may store preferences (such as a dismissed notice) in local storage on your device. This data is not sent to us.

3. Your choices

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies are needed for sign-in; if you block them, you cannot use the portal. Public pages work without cookies.

4. Changes

4.1 If we add non-essential cookies, we will update this notice first and, where required, ask for your consent before setting them.
